To secure a refund, reach out to us at accounts@sonarlab.io, and we will offer support within six hours. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.

After 30 days, we are not obligated to issue a refund under any other circumstances, including instances where you forgot about the auto-renewal of your subscription. We do not offer refunds for quarterly and yearly purchases.

It is solely your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in or emailing accounts@sonarlab.io. Please note that we do not process refunds for payments made via cryptocurrencies due to potential transaction fees and other complications.
