To secure a refund, reach out to us at accounts@sonarlab.io, and we will offer support within six hours. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.Refunds are granted specifically for annual subscription auto-renewals within the initial 72 hours of billing.

After 30 days, we are not obligated to issue a refund under any other circumstances, including instances where you forgot about the auto-renewal of your subscription.We send reminders before each billing cycle within the first 90 days. It is solely your responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewals by logging in or emailing accounts@sonarlab.io.

Please note that we do not process refunds for payments made via cryptocurrencies due to potential transaction fees and other complications.
